Rain or shine, outdoor fitness sessions are a great way to improve your fitness. They're varied, fun & best of all you will get a good dose of vitamin D whilst you’re working out!
I am a trainer that leads by example, I am passionate about health and fitness and this is reflected in my sessions which are both fun and challenging. I have over 20 years of fitness experience and I know how to get the most out of people, I will work with you providing the guidance and motivation to push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.
On a personal note, I have always been a keen sportsman, playing several sports to club level, however, these days my main passion is trail running and fitness training. I have achieved high finishes in a number of off-road running races around the country and taken the spoils in several events.
Whilst I have a competitive edge I also have a strong belief that exercise should be enjoyable and not be seen as a chore, this is the central concept behind my sessions which promise to be tough and enjoyable in equal measure!
These fitness sessions are superb! Andrew is great at providing direction, encouragement and adapting a workout to individuals needs, all in a very calm and supportive approach. So whether you are one to one or in a group, you can all finish together. He'll push you out of your comfort zone at times whilst also making it all feel worthwhile.
Andrew delivers tough high intensity sessions but mixes things up so its never repetitive. I've attended the 6.15am boot camp 3 mornings a week since January and have completely transformed my body shape improving my fitness level to a degree I never believed possible.
I joined Andrews sessions in April. I was apprehensive at first due to my fitness levels and previous injuries but I am so pleased that I gave it a go! Since training with Andrew, I have started to lose weight, I feel and look better, I sleep much better, and I am getting much fitter.
I have been getting up since January for the 615 morning bootcamp, 3 days a week and I am still going.......Andrew is always there with a smile ready to put us through our paces which he certainly does, always varying it so its never boring.
6.15am Boot camp, 3 days a week.....it's tough, but Andrew mixes it up for each session so it's never boring, and he's always very encouraging. I've tried other similar sessions, but this is definitely the best one!
